Every time the Swedish Voices Chamber Choir decides to sing one of them, they feel as giddy as a little child who has been given permission to choose anything he likes from the toy store. But having to choose one means having to reject five others. In the spring of 2000 they decided to having them all in one grasp. Bach would probably been flabbergasted over the effort; he certainly couldn't imagin that all the motets could be served at one consert, far less on a CD. |
